500 pcs per design for most magnet types (Soft PVC, Epoxy, Acrylic UV, Wooden). Metal Enamel magnets start at 300 pcs due to tooling. For 3 or more designs in one order, we can lower MOQ to 300 pcs per design. Mix-and-match within the same craft type is welcome.

Sampling and tooling requirements vary by material, shape, finish and quantity. We confirm the appropriate development plan and related costs in your project quotation.

Standard lead time is 15 days after digital proof approval and 30% deposit:

• Acrylic UV / Soft PVC: 12–15 days
• Glass Dome Epoxy / Wooden: 15–18 days
• Metal Enamel: 18–22 days (with tooling)

Rush production (8–10 days) available with 15% surcharge.

Yes. All our children's products (magnetic toys, ABC letters, puzzles, reward charts) are tested to EN71-3 (EU) and meet US standards. We don't use small-magnet designs that could be swallowed — all kids' magnets are oversized and securely embedded. Test reports available on request.

Yes — but they need a magnetic field strength declaration. Our standard fridge magnets and educational magnets fall below the 0.418 A/m IATA threshold, so they ship by air without restriction. For high-grade NdFeB magnets (rare), we provide magnetic shielding packaging and the required test report at no extra cost.

Payment terms are confirmed with the quotation based on product type, order value and shipping arrangement.

Yes. We support OEM and private-label projects, including product decoration and packaging options. Share your branding and packaging requirements during the project review.

We won't ship anything you haven't already signed off on (digital proof + physical sample). If bulk production deviates from the approved sample, we will rework or replace at our cost — including return shipping. Our QC team performs 3-stage inspection (raw material → in-process → final pre-shipment) with photos sent to you before dispatch.
